This is just a cop and totally out of integrity. It’s like buying a DIY kit online and only getting half of the instructions and the manufacturers tell you that you lack intelligence if you can not build it yourself. Would you feel afraid to call them if you can not solve the problem?
This shows that the course lacks valuable information, that the author could not be bothered to disclose. This is very frustrating for the learner because the reason he is paying for an online course is because he wants to learn things he does not know from someone else.
The responsibility of the course provider

People who develop online courses and then sell them should not be considered by a national standards committee. There is no one to check them to see if what they have written is complete, produces appropriate results or has provided the correct information and has covered the elements necessary for the success of the course.
Anyone can offer an online course and hide behind incompetence at the risk of the reckless buyer. A successful businessman is not necessarily a good teacher or teacher. I think that people who offer online courses have a huge responsibility towards those who buy them and need to listen carefully to their students / clients when they have difficulties with the information.
